Any Damage Deposit Received will be refunded after your departure if the condo is left in satisfactory condition. Any damages in excess of your deposit amount will be billed to you at our cost.
Guest will not assign this agreement or sublet the apartment without written permission of the Owner. Only a maximum occupancy for 4 people (Adults and Children) will be staying in the apartment, unless a change is agreed in writing with the Manager prior to arrival.

Smoking: This is a NON-SMOKING unit.
Pets: Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the unit at any time.
Between booking and 180 days prior to arrival: Fully refundable
Between 180 days and 45 days: Full deposit is charged
Less than 45 day to check-in date: non-refundable and 100% of reservation amount is charged less cleaning fee.
A 25% Initial Deposit is required at the time of booking. Remaining Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Initial Deposit is non-refundable up to 180 days prior to check-in date.
Less than 180 days from check-in the initial deposit is forfeited due to cancellation and/or late payment. 60 days prior to arrival Remaining Balance is due.
If Initial Deposit and Remaining Balance Due are not received by the due date, the Owner may cancel the reservation and make the condo available to other guests.
No refunds are given for no-shows, shortened stays, or late arrivals. Trip Cancelation insurance is recommended.
The Guest shall be fully liable for personal injury and property damage incurred by the Guest, anyone in the Guest’s traveling party, and other third parties while traveling to and from Hawaii, and during their stay in Hawaii, and at the Mana Kai Maui Resort. Guest agrees to lock all doors when leaving premises, and not leave valuables unattended. Owner will not be liable for any theft or loss of property. Guest acknowledges the inherent risks, dangers and hazards of recreational activities in or near the ocean, swimming pool, and elsewhere, that could result in personal injury, and/or death, and/or damage or loss to personal property. Guest agrees, on behalf of their spouse, children, other relatives, heirs & executors, and all members of their traveling party, to hereby release and forever discharge, and to defend and hold harmless, the Owner, their agents, officers, and members, against any and all claims arising from any bodily or personal injury, property damage, and/or death, that may be asserted against Owner, arising from Guest’s travel, and/or recreational activities, and/or use of the Condominium. If any provision of this document is subsequently determined to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under the law, said provision(s) shall be severed from this agreement and the remaining portions shall survive intact and remain in full force and effect. If an incident arises for which a claim is initiated, the jurisdiction shall be Deschutes County, Oregon.
-Please lock doors when leaving premises.
-Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
-Owner shall not be liable for any theft, or valuables left behind.
-Guests are required to keep the entry and outside halls free of any objects such as bicycles, ice chests, beach chairs, etc. (Hi. fire code)
-Use of outdoor grills on the balcony is strictly prohibited. (Hi. fire code)
-All trash must be put into non-porous bags, secured and placed in the appropriate trash bins in the laundry room.
-Guests may not hang towels, garments, etc. from balconies or windows. -For your convenience, a start-up kit of toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, dishwashing soap, bath soap will be provided in the unit on your arrival date. It will be at the guest’s discretion to purchase additional supplies as needed.
-Occupancy and use of premises and communal areas shall not be such to disturb other guests or residents of the Mana Kai.
